Darren

Darren Cossette, a Southern Oregon native with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, established All American Trade
Work in 2015 to bring a new level of quality and reliability to residential and commercial painting services in the
area. Darren’s entrepreneurial drive, evident since he began working for himself at the age of 20, is a key
factor in All American Trade Work’s success. Darren’s approach emphasizes clear and effective
communication, respect for each client’s property, and a meticulous attention to detail that has earned him the
nickname ‘Eagle Eye’ – a testament to his ability to ensure flawless results and the highest level of client
satisfaction.
Darren’s dedication to his work is mirrored by his love for his family. He shares two sons and two young
daughters with his beautiful wife, Keri. He finds immense joy in being a father, playing with his kids, and
watching them grow. Darren’s energetic spirit extends to his personal pursuits, which include working out,

wakeboarding, skiing, and endurance events such as marathons and Hyrox competitions. This pursuit of
excellence and overcoming challenges is mirrored in his commitment to providing clients of All American Trade
Work with exceptional service. Clients can expect this same level of dedication from Darren and every member
of his skilled team, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards and with complete satisfaction.

Steven

Meet Steven Mendoza, our dedicated Project Manager who oversees every detail of your residential painting
project from start to finish. With nearly a decade of experience transforming homes, Steven understands that
it’s not just about paint on walls – it’s about creating a space you’ll truly love. He brings a sharp eye for detail
and makes your satisfaction his top priority, ensuring clear communication, smooth progress, and timely
completion.
Steven values his time at home with his wife and young daughter. He also shares a love for animals and
enjoys the beauty of the outdoors. Whether he’s spending time with family or pursuing hobbies like boxing,
fishing, and hunting, Steven brings that same focus and dedication to making sure your home looks its

Preston

Meet Preston Dressler, All American Trade Work’s Estimator. Preston is often the first person you will interface
with to get a quote for your project. From deck and fence staining to commercial warehouse spaces Preston
spends his time and energy to research and develop a quote for you complete with product knowledge and
detailed pricing for all elements of your project. Having looked at jobs big and small over the last 7 years
Preston gathers the needed information for the customer and interfaces with the Project Manager to ensure
that both the quote and the work performed by the crew are up to the customers expectations and high
standards we hold ourselves to at All American Trade Work.
Preston grew up here in the Rogue Valley and is happy to be raising his daughter here along with his wife and
large extended family. He enjoys his time getting out and exploring the great outdoors from hunting and fishing
to rafting and snow sports of all kinds. At home he is passionate about spending time in the garden with his
daughter and wife as well as having adventures with his two Labrador Retrievers. Having developed
professional relationships with businesses all over the area Preston ensures that solutions to your problems
are found and carried out by people who know what they are doing. In the end he is passionate that when your
project is finished and you are happy with the result.
